3. Product Return Instructions
3.1. Customers with approved returns must bring the product to the listed Pet Centre Outlet/s.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt.

If your return is approved, you can choose a product exchange, or a credit note.
4.3. Credit Processing Time:
The processing time for credits may vary based on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
