Terms and Conditions for Pet Centre Pet Club Card – UPDATED DEC 2025

By signing up to the Pet Centre Pet Club, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

  • Customers must register for the Pet Centre Pet Club Card by submitting their details at the cash counter.

2. Stamp Collection

  • Customers receive one stamp for every €20 spent in a single transaction.
  • Stamps are awarded based on the total transaction amount. For example, a purchase of €40 to €59.99 will earn two stamps.
  • PCPC stamps will be issued only if the loyalty booklet is presented at the time of payment.
    • If you forget your booklet, the cashier may stamp your receipt, allowing you to claim a retroactive stamp when you bring in both the stamped receipt and your booklet.
    • Stamps will not be issued for receipts that are not stamped by the cashier.
  • Prescription foods, veterinary visits, and farm feed do not qualify for the PCPC loyalty scheme.
  • Certain promotional offers may also be excluded from receiving stamps.

3. Redemption

  • After collecting eight stamps, customers become eligible to receive €10 off on their next visit (i.e., the visit after the 8th stamp is issued).
  • The €10 discount can only be applied to that visit and cannot be carried forward or combined with any other discounts.
  • The €10 discount cannot be applied to prescription foods, medications, or veterinary services.
  • The entire €10 must be redeemed in one transaction and cannot be carried forward.

4. Valid Purchases

  • Stamps are awarded for purchases of eligible products only.
  • Veterinary services, prescription foods, medications, and farm feed are excluded from earning stamps.

5. Card Use

  • The Pet Centre Pet Club Card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive a stamp.
  • Stamps cannot be awarded retroactively unless you follow the stamped-receipt process outlined in Stamp Collection above.

6. Non-Transferable

  • The Pet Centre Pet Club Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder.
  • Stamps collected on different cards cannot be combined.
  • Identification or proof of ownership may be required for using the Pet Centre Pet Club Card.

7. Lost or Stolen Cards

  • Pet Centre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Pet Centre Pet Club Cards.
  • No replacement stamps will be issued for lost or damaged cards; customers will need to start over with a new card.

8. Expiry

  • The Pet Centre Pet Club Card and any collected stamps are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

9. Fraud Protection

  • Valid Pet Centre Pet Club Cards must have an official Pet Centre stamp.
  • Any card found to be fraudulent or altered will be void.

10. Changes and Termination

  • Pet Centre reserves the right to modify or terminate the Pet Centre Pet Club Card program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be communicated in-store, on social media, and/or on our website.

11. Additional Benefits

  • Pet Club members will be eligible for additional exclusive offers from time to time.

12. Data Protection

All customer data collected for the Pet Centre Pet Club Card will be processed and maintained in accordance with EU regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customers’ personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the loyalty program and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
