Returns Policy

1. Membership and your booklet

Register for Pet Centre Pet Club at the shop and receive a loyalty booklet. The programme is operated by 3TC Group Limited, trading as Pet Centre. Membership is non-transferable. Joining does not require agreeing to promotional marketing.

2. Earning stamps

Earn one stamp for every €20 of eligible spending in a single transaction, calculated on the eligible amount actually paid after discounts and redeemed rewards.

  • €20 to €39.99 earns one stamp.
  • €40 to €59.99 earns two stamps.
  • Separate transactions are not combined to reach a stamp threshold.

3. Purchases excluded from stamp collection

  • Prescription pet food.
  • Veterinary services and visits.
  • Medications.
  • Farm feed.
  • Additional promotional products where the applicable offer specifically excludes stamp collection.

Only eligible spending counts towards stamps. These stamp-collection exclusions are distinct from the reward-redemption exclusions below.

4. Presenting your booklet

Normally present your booklet at purchase. If you have forgotten it, the cashier may stamp your receipt. Later, present both that stamped receipt and your booklet so that the corresponding stamps can be transferred. Unstamped receipts do not qualify for retrospective stamps.

5. Earning and redeeming your €10 reward

Eight stamps earn a €10 reward towards a future eligible purchase. You do not have to use it on the immediately following visit: you may save it for a later visit before the original booklet expires.

  • Use the reward in one transaction.
  • The reward cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • It cannot be applied to prescription food, medications or veterinary services.

6. Continuing with a new booklet

Once you have eight stamps, receive a new booklet and immediately start earning stamps again. You do not need to redeem the old reward first. You may redeem that reward and earn stamps in the new booklet on the same purchase, counting only eligible spending actually paid after the reward and any applicable discounts.

7. Worked example

  • Eligible purchase value: €50.
  • Pet Club reward redeemed: €10.
  • Eligible amount actually paid: €40.
  • New stamps earned: two.

The reward does not itself earn stamps. Where a basket includes excluded items, calculate stamps using only the eligible amount actually paid.

8. Twelve-month validity

Each booklet, its collected stamps and any earned but unredeemed €10 reward are valid for 12 months from that booklet’s date of issue. When the original booklet expires, its remaining stamps and unredeemed reward expire. A new booklet has its own separate 12-month validity period.

9. Ownership and combining booklets

Membership and the booklet are non-transferable and may be used only by the member. Stamps from different booklets cannot be combined. We may ask for proportionate proof of ownership when reasonably needed.

10. Lost, damaged or altered booklets

Please keep your booklet safe. Under the existing scheme, lost, stolen or damaged booklets and stamps are not replaced; a new booklet starts a new collection. Only official Pet Centre stamps are valid. Fraudulent or altered booklets may be refused following a reasonable assessment. These rules do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

11. Changes and programme closure

We will communicate material changes or any planned closure through the shop and appropriate website or other customer channels, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Changes must be fair and must not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights. The treatment of already-earned stamps and rewards must be clearly explained before a change takes effect.

12. Privacy, marketing and questions

Names, mobile numbers and email addresses are collected for membership and loyalty administration. Relevant purchases, customer service, sharing and optional marketing are addressed separately in the Privacy Policy. Membership is not automatic marketing consent. Optional email and SMS preferences must be unticked and recorded appropriately. Existing registrations must not be assumed to prove consent. For questions contact info@petcentremalta.com.
