Pet Centre is owned and operated by 3TC Group Limited, a company registered in Malta, trading as Pet Centre.

These terms explain how you may use petcentremalta.com. Please read them alongside the related policies below. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. You do not need a website account to read our current informational pages.

Our website introduces Pet Centre, our physical shop in Mellieha and the services described on our pages. It does not currently provide an operational online checkout. Contact us or visit the shop to discuss products, purchases or service arrangements. No online order, payment or account-registration process is created by these terms.

Breed, age and feeding information is general guidance. Individual animals have different needs. Check suitability, warnings and instructions before use and ask your veterinary professional where relevant. General website information is not a substitute for an individual veterinary assessment.

Each promotion is subject to its stated terms, dates and availability. Please check the applicable conditions before taking part.

Our loyalty booklet, stamps and rewards are explained in the Pet Club Terms & Conditions. Ordinary shop offers are not automatically exclusive to Pet Club members.

For current purchases, confirm the applicable price, stock, payment and collection or delivery arrangements with Pet Centre before agreeing the purchase. This website does not currently accept online payment or confirm an online order. The legally required information and terms for any agreed transaction continue to apply.

Delivery availability and charges must be confirmed with us. The current minimum delivery order is €30 and we aim to deliver within three business days, subject to availability and unforeseen circumstances. Collection from our Mellieha shop is free. See Deliveries for the current arrangements.

Our voluntary in-store change-of-mind policy is separate from your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods. Please see the Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits the remedies or other protections available under applicable Maltese and EU consumer law.

We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including for fraud or legally protected consumer remedies.

For information about enquiries, loyalty administration, customer service and optional marketing, read our Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry or joining Pet Club does not by itself constitute consent to promotional marketing. We will use the contact details needed to respond to your enquiry or deal with your request.

Links to social networks, maps and other third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy information. We do not control their content. Your statutory rights and any legal responsibility we have remain unaffected.
